*By signing up for the Lazy Z Ranch Wine Club you certify that:

- you and the recipient of the ranch wines are at least 21 years old
- the recipient will be required to show identification on pick up or delivery (shipments are sent via UPS)
- you accept that it is your responsibility to notify the business of any changes to your payment method or contact and shipping information at least one week prior to the shipment date
-should a credit card be declined for two shipments the membership will be cancelled
- Lazy Z Ranch Wines is not responsible for any additional shipment charges due to misdirected or returned shipments
- you understand that you may cancel your membership after one year of club membership by writing or email (if cancelled prior to one year, a $50 cancellation fee will be applied to cover the costs of discounts/perks given)
- you authorize Lazy Z Ranch Wines to charge your card on file as your wine club payment method
